Welcome to AxonChems (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at axonchems.com and shop.axonchems.com (collectively, the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by AxonChems are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. All products are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) chemical reagents.

Our products are NOT intended for:

  • Human or animal consumption
  • Self-administration of any kind
  • Therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use
  • Use as drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or cosmetics

Our products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

No information on this Site, including product descriptions, research references, blog content, or any other materials, should be interpreted as medical advice, dosing guidance, or encouragement to self-administer any product.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site and to purchase any products from AxonChems. By using this Site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

3. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order on this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are purchasing products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
  • You will not use, or permit others to use, any products purchased from AxonChems for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or any non-research purpose.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
  • You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and disposal of all products purchased.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, purity data, and pricing on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided are specific to the batch indicated. Purity percentages and analytical data apply only to the batch tested.

5. ORDERS AND PRICING

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.
  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

All orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you if a product in your order is out of stock.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. AxonChems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals:

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are sealed, unopened, and in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or incorrect shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software, is the property of AxonChems or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose.
  • Purchase products for human or animal consumption.
  • Resell products without authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or intended use of products.

AXONCHEMS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY MISUSE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE. THE PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL OF PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
