Bacteriostatic Water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, used to safely reconstitute lyophilized research peptides. The benzyl alcohol prevents microbial growth, allowing reconstituted peptides to be stored and used over multiple weeks when refrigerated. Multi-dose vials are hermetically sealed with a rubber stopper for repeat access via sterile needle.
