Effective date: upon publication. AxonChems may revise these terms with reasonable notice posted on this page.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the AxonChems Affiliate Program you must be at least 21 years of age, legally able to enter binding contracts, and not located in a jurisdiction where the promotion or sale of laboratory research compounds is restricted. AxonChems reserves the right to deny or revoke affiliate status at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a percentage commission on qualifying referred orders based on a tiered structure:
Bronze — 10% on $0 to $2,499 in total referred sales
Silver — 12.5% on $2,500 to $9,999 in total referred sales
Gold — 15% on $10,000 to $24,999 in total referred sales
VIP — 20% on $25,000+ in total referred sales
Tier upgrades are applied automatically. Tier status is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis from the most recent referred order. If an affiliate’s trailing 12-month referred sales drop below a tier threshold, commission rate adjusts to the appropriate tier on the next qualifying order.
Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal only. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, gift card payments, and any portion of an order paid with store credit are excluded from commission calculations.
3. Attribution & Cookie Window
Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 30-day cookie set when a referred visitor first clicks an affiliate’s unique link. If the visitor completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days of the initial click, the affiliate is credited.
Referrals made through assigned coupon codes are credited regardless of cookie state, provided the affiliate’s code is applied at checkout.
If multiple affiliates are credited with the same referral via overlapping touchpoints, the most recent valid touchpoint takes attribution.
4. Self-Referrals & Prohibited Activity
Self-referrals are not permitted. Any order placed by an affiliate using their own referral link or coupon code will not generate commission and may result in account suspension.
The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:
Bidding on the AxonChems brand name, misspellings, or related trademarks in any paid search, display, or social advertising platform
Use of cashback, coupon-aggregator, deal-finder, or Honey-style browser extensions and websites
Cookie stuffing, click fraud, automated bot traffic, or any form of fraudulent referral activity
Posting AxonChems referral links or coupons on unauthorized third-party coupon sites
Misrepresenting AxonChems products, pricing, availability, or affiliation
Use of email lists that have not provided opt-in consent
Promotion through adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, or any content that violates applicable law
5. Compliance & Permitted Claims
AxonChems products are sold strictly for laboratory and analytical research use only. They are not intended for food, cosmetic, therapeutic, or any in-vivo use in humans or animals. Affiliates agree that all promotional content will:
Clearly identify AxonChems products as research reagents for laboratory use only
Refrain from any therapeutic, medical, healing, anti-aging, anti-disease, or curative claim
Refrain from any human consumption, injection, ingestion, topical, or in-vivo application reference
Refrain from comparing AxonChems products to prescription drugs by brand name
Refrain from suggesting dosages, dosing schedules, stacks, protocols, or human-use instructions
Refrain from before-and-after testimonials involving human subjects
Refrain from any implication of medical professional endorsement
Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable advertising standards in their jurisdiction, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States, ASA standards in the United Kingdom, and equivalent regulations elsewhere. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in every promotional post per the regulations of their jurisdiction (#ad, #affiliate, “I earn a commission from purchases through this link” etc.).
6. Payment Terms
Commissions become “Approved” 7 days after the qualifying order is placed, after the return window has closed. Approved commissions are paid out monthly in the first week of each calendar month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Balances below $50 roll forward to the next payout cycle.
Payouts are issued via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address and keeping it current. AxonChems is not liable for payouts sent to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the affiliate.
Commissions on orders that are refunded, charged back, or canceled within the return window will be reversed. If a commission has already been paid out and a subsequent refund occurs, the amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s next payout.
7. Tax Reporting (U.S. Affiliates)
Affiliates based in the United States who earn $600 or more in any calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before payouts exceeding that threshold can be released. AxonChems will issue Form 1099-NEC to qualifying affiliates by January 31 of the following year. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and remitting all applicable taxes on commissions earned.
8. Intellectual Property
AxonChems grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use AxonChems-supplied banners, product images, logos, and marketing copy solely for the purpose of promoting AxonChems products through their approved channels. Affiliates may not modify the AxonChems logo, alter product imagery in misleading ways, or create derivative works that misrepresent the brand.
This license terminates immediately upon termination of the affiliate’s account.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:
Affiliate must immediately remove all AxonChems-supplied creative assets, links, and coupon codes from their channels
Any approved unpaid commissions in good standing will be paid out at the next regular payout cycle
Pending commissions earned through activity that violated these Terms will be forfeited
AxonChems reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, compliance breaches, or behavior that brings the brand into disrepute.
10. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive non-public information including commission rates, performance data, product roadmap, and pricing strategy. Affiliates agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written authorization from AxonChems.
11. Limitation of Liability
AxonChems makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding affiliate earnings, conversion rates, or the continued availability of the Affiliate Program. AxonChems’s total liability to any affiliate under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Modifications
AxonChems may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via the email address on file at least 14 days before taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
