DSIP Nasal Spray is a pre-reconstituted research formulation for intranasal delivery studies. DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a synthetic nonapeptide originally isolated from rabbit cerebral venous blood, named for its ability to induce delta-wave EEG activity in research models. Studied for sleep architecture, stress hormone modulation, and circadian rhythm research.
Each bottle contains DSIP dissolved in pharmaceutical-grade 0.9% normal saline preserved with 0.01% benzalkonium chloride NF, the same preservative concentration used in standard OTC nasal products like Afrin and Flonase. Bottle sizing: 5mg formulation in 10mL spray bottle, 10mg formulation in 15mL spray bottle.
Ingredients: DSIP peptide, 0.9% sodium chloride USP (Biologix non-pyrogenic), benzalkonium chloride 50% NF (Lab Alley pharmaceutical grade, diluted to 0.01% final concentration).
