Semax Nasal Spray is a pre-reconstituted research formulation for intranasal delivery studies. Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from ACTH(4-10), researched in Russia for nootropic, neuroprotective, and BDNF/NGF-modulating effects.
Each bottle contains Semax dissolved in pharmaceutical-grade 0.9% normal saline preserved with 0.01% benzalkonium chloride NF (same as standard OTC nasal products) and stabilized with 0.1% L-methionine to protect the methionine-containing peptide from oxidation. Bottle sizing: 5mg formulation in 10mL spray bottle, 10mg formulation in 15mL spray bottle.
Ingredients: Semax peptide, 0.9% sodium chloride USP (Biologix non-pyrogenic), benzalkonium chloride 50% NF (Lab Alley pharmaceutical grade, diluted to 0.01% final concentration), L-methionine (0.1% antioxidant stabilizer).
Storage: Refrigerate at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Use within 90 days of opening.
